Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Method & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail Express. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods are outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number at usps.com to follow your shipment in real time.


Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you by email within 1–2 business days. Restocks typically take up to 1 month. You may choose to:

  • Wait for the restock and have your order fulfilled when inventory is available
  • Swap for an available item of equal value
  • Receive a full refund

We will never silently hold an order. If something is unavailable, you'll hear from us promptly.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [support email] and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.


Lost or Damaged Shipments
